Jessica also owns a Franchise Consultant Business where she represents over 450 franchise brands. She worked in the marketing and advertising world for 10 years mainly in major broadcast media with ABC, Univision, and Clear Channel, when she married Rigo she joined forces with him to run his sign business. Jessica has lived most of her life in El Paso where she received a degree in Marketing. Jessica Melendez is the Vice President of Bio-One El Paso. Rigo and Jessica have two children, Layla and Mila. Rigo also loves to Mountain Bike, Cook BBQ and trying the latest Craft Beer.
He is a big believer of helping others and giving back to the community.
He is excited to continue serving his community through Bio-One and utilize his relationships to grow his business. Rigo has sponsored many events and sports teams and has donated a lot of work and time to different charities. He has done work for the El Paso Border Patrol, EPPD, EPFD, Fort Bliss Army Base, and several Ambulance Companies and Hospitals. Through his years in business he has built strong relationships with community members, government agencies and other business owners. He founded and owned a Commercial Sign Business which he operated for 22 years with his wife Jessica Melendez. Rigo has lived most of his life in El Paso where he received a Graphic Design Degree from UTEP. Rigo Melendez is the President of Bio-One El Paso.
